Who do we supply?

 UK Wholesaler, Hotels, Restaurants, Outside Caterers, Schools, Colleges, Nursing Homes, Retailers and the General Public. 

 

Where do we deliver?

 UK wide to the wholesale markets. To the catering trade and home deliveries through-out Hampshire and West Sussex. 

 

Delivery days and times

 Monday                  7am-12.00pm

 Tuesday- Friday    7am- 2.00pm

 Saturday                 7am- 12.00pm

We endeavour to deliver to all our catering customers before the lunch time service. 

 

Where is our seafood sourced?

 Our buyers are in communications with most of the leading UK markets daily, where we purchase the best quality fish available. We source our Shellfish, Clams and Lobsters from local fishermen. 

 

Fresh Fish Preparation

  FREE filleting, skinning, trimming service on request.
